Key responsibilities:

  • Key contact point between customer and technical team for Shariah-Compliant ESG Digital Assets Exchange
  • Responsible for all incident report, service request, change notifications, and any other necessary communications
  • Acknowledge and respond to customers' requests promptly
  • Perform initial analysis to identify issues follow by restoration if possible.
  • Work with technical teams to investigate the customer issues to understand the root cause for preventive measure.
  • Assist on the on-boarding process(& KYC) of customer and business partner of Digital Assets Exchange
  • Handling the customer account management & improvise the FAQs as a result of regular customer issues.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT/computing or related courses etc.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Strong fundamental and knowledge in general computing and problem solving
  • Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets & cryptocurrencies will be added advantage
  • Multilingual person will be perfect, at least in written and verbal communication - English and Mandarin.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle Corporate Advisory/finance projects including assets tokenisation and its security token offering.
  • Review listing documents for Shariah-Compliant ESG Digital Assets Exchange
  • Work with advisors like ISRA, professional parties/business partners and communicate with relevant authorities, such as LFSA
  • Perform financial/non-financial/risk analysis for the projects and offer solution to resolve the challenges faced by the clients(projects)
  • Assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and reviewing due diligence of the projects

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field / ACCA Affiliate and etc
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Strong fundamental and knowledge in capital markets but not limited to corporate finance, corporate structure, valuation techniques and finance statement & risk analysis
  • Good knowledge of technological advancements in corporate finance
  • Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets & cryptocurrencies will be added advantage

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge of business trends/emerging current issues and industry developments
  • Multilingual person will be perfect, at least in written and verbal communication.
